I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in San Martino Di Castrozza and it was an excellent experience. the staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The receptionists, Maria and Andrea, were especially welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
There was nothing that I felt needed improvement during my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main lifts and a smaller ski area within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and traditionally furnished, with balconies offering beautiful views. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. the breakfast and dinner options are delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel also offers excellent leisure facilities, including a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and a fitness area.
The hotel can be quite noisy and crowded during the main ski season, especially with families and small children.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked in the door. Maria and Andrea at the reception were like superheroes, always there to assist with a smile. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast and dinner, which were included in the package. The restaurant staff, particularly Adriano, went above and beyond to make each meal enjoyable. Another great feature was the dedicated leisure floor, complete with a swimming pool, sauna, fitness area, and even a video game room. It was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having a balcony for some fresh air and beautiful views. this hotel ticked all the boxes for a satisfying and memorable stay.
All in all, everything was great.

This hotel made our xmas experience unforgettable! We loved the amazing views of the mountain range and appreciated the hotel's prime location, which made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions. The food was delicious and the wellness centre was exceptional. The perfect place to unwind and relax.
We found the hotel to be quite noisy during meal times. Families with young children filled the restaurant and it was difficult to have a peaceful meal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure that I, as a solo guest, felt right at home. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near all the necessary amenities and the central part of town. Lastly, the rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, complete with a balcony that offered stunning views. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast! The wide variety of choices and the delicious food made for the perfect start to my day.
No complaints here, everything was absolutely fantastic!

What an amazing experience! Spent New Year with family at a hotel nestled between stunning mountains, offering a tranquil view of the valley! the hotel had a staff full of energy, eager to welcome us, who not only made us feel at home but also spoiled us with local delicacies at breakfast and amazing dinners. the spacious rooms and free access to the wellness center and fitness area were just what we needed after whole day skiing. We also loved the lounge area with its crackling fireplace that added warmth to the fun games we played with the kids.
We regretted that the hotel did not serve coffee after the evening meal, for whenever we left the table with empty cups, we had to search for a coffee elsewhere. We felt that the swimming pool's water was slightly too cold to relax even though refreshingly cool after a workout.
